How much notice do I need to give to make an order?
We like as much notice as possible for orders but we understand that you sometimes get last minute requests so we will take orders up until 3pm for guaranteed next day delivery.

What happens if I have an order for next day delivery after the 3pm deadline?
Please go ahead and place the order and then give the office a call on 01494 445455 before 9am the next day so we can confirm we have received your order.

How can I pay for my order?
You have 2 options for paying for your order.

  1. Pay online using a debit or credit card using paypal
  2. Click ‘Pay on account’ and we will send you an invoice.

What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by The Flying Bean Café but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.

What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours’ notice by phone or in writing must be given for cancellations or the full price will be charged.

Do your prices include VAT?
The prices displayed on this website DO NOT include VAT. The standard rate of VAT is currently 20% and will be applied where necessary according to the law. All payment is made in GBP (British Pound Sterling).
